Collars & snoods:

Please measure your current well-fitting collar, NOT your dog. Follow the Measuring Guide image and enter the measurement on the order form - we make each collar bespoke to do up at your measurement in the centre of the run of holes.

Biothane Collars

Martingale Collars

These collars are adjustable, but you need 2 measurements to choose the correct size: Please ensure BOTH measurements fall within the brackets of the size.

1.Measure the widest part of the dog's head (under the chin and over or behind the ears) - this is to check the collar will slip over the dog's head.

2.Measure your dog's neck with two fingers between the tape and the dog.

Snoods

Measure the widest part of the head as step 1 above to ensure the snood will slide over the head.

Waterproof coats:

TIP: If your dog is wriggly, try sticking a lick mat to the side of the fridge at the dog’s nose level, or have someone stand in front holding a spoon for them to lick while you measure.

Please ensure your dog is standing up with head in neutral position. Please use centimetres and enter accurate measurements - PLEASE DO NOT add extra - the coats are cut long to overhang the bum by us. For all measurements the tape should be snug around the body.

A: BACK LENGTH: Start at the crease at the base of the neck,(just below a collar) go straight down the spine to the point where the tail joins the bum.

B: NECK: Neck circumference.

C: CHEST:All the way around the chest at the widest part of the ribcage.

Please take all measurements with your dog standing up with head looking forward in a neutral position.

1. Measure in centimetres to the nearest 0.5cm with tape snug against the body

2. Please DO NOT add anything and be as accurate as you can!

A diagram showing how to measure a dog for coats. It includes instructions that the dog must be standing, the tape measure should be snug against the body, and measurements are in centimeters. The diagram highlights three measurement points: A, the back length from the crease at the base of the neck below the collar to where the tail joins the bum; B, the neck circumference; and C, the chest circumference at the deepest part of the ribcage.
